Postpartum Preparation Class: Online
$10.00

This is a class I have taught in person and by popular demand I will be teaching online via Zoom!

I wish desperately that someone would’ve sat down with me before giving birth, put an arm around my shoulders, and told it to me straight. Not in a fear, mongering way, but as a wise woman filling my toolbox!

I’m teaching this class with just that kind of vibe. Honest, and intuitive instruction to help you lay the ground work for a more peaceful transition into parenthood.

Parents shouldn’t be left out at sea for the first six weeks, it’s a hole in healthcare, and it’s one that we can fill!

Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I hope you will join me because I know for a fact that I wish I had known more both times.
