Honest, and intuitive instruction to help you lay the ground work for a more peaceful transition into parenthood.
As the summer closes, and we draw closer to darker and colder months, take this opportunity to honor the season, celebrate all your body is doing for you, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Mothers often inhabit spaces of isolation, monotony, and restlessness. This retreat will allow you to leave that behind, if only for a couple days, and to fill yourself to the brim with light and love.
Where you’ll be staying
Located on 95 rolling hill acres in the Catskill Mountains of New York, with beautiful rolling hills, 4 large ponds, and trails through fern covered woods you’ll feel as if you’ve been taken into a fantasy. You will have your choice of accommodation in either a lakeside hobbit home, or a turn of the century farmhouse. Both private and shared rooms available.
There is also the option to come for the day only, at a lower price point.
What you’ll eat…
Both vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Rachael is happy to work around whatever dietary restrictions you may have so that you can enjoy your meals to the fullest.
